I know how you feel because I was you.


I broke up with my hormonal birth control after more than 10 years. I thought my period would come back right away. I thought the side effects I’d been experiencing would stop.

My expectations did NOT align with reality. 


It took months for my period to come back. My cycle was confusing. My energy plummeted every day at 3:00pm and I developed numerous GI issues. Little did I know that nourishing appropriately would support my body and help my period to come back once and for all. 

As a Nutrition Coach, I recognized that I wasn’t walking my talk. I knew I had to create a plan that would work for my busy lifestyle so I could actually eat enough food to support my metabolism. Once I felt comfortable with that, I started a journey of stress management and relief. I’ll be honest, this was probably the hardest part. Relaxation felt like a foreign concept and I was restless. I didn’t know what to do next. 

Fast forward a few years when it was time for me to start trying to conceive (TTC) and I thought things would be EASY. At this point I was going through my training to become a FAM educator. I knew how to properly identify my fertile window, but month after month I was disappointed with nothing but negative pregnancy tests. It wasn't until I did my first Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test that I learned just HOW stressed and depleted my body was.  

When your body is in a state of chronic stress and missing key fertility nutrients like zinc, magnesium, sodium, and potassium it can be much more difficult to get pregnant.

We then found out that my husband was dealing with some male fertility issues, making our fertility journey even more challenging. But we dug in, we both focused on nutrition to specifically support our male and female fertility and made some big life adjustments to manage stress. And just a few months later we FINALLY got our positive pregnancy test.

And now I help other women just like you to conceive, prevent pregnancy or get to know your body better so you can alleviate the monthly symptoms you’re experiencing. We can do it all inside of one of my coaching programs.

Tell me about your credentials?

I started my journey into health and wellness back in 2017 when I became a student at the Nutrition Coaching Institute (NCI), where I graduated as a certified nutrition coach in 2018.

In 2020, I continued my education by focusing specifically on women’s health and hormones by completing Nicole Jardim’s Fix Your Period Apprenticeship.

In 2021, I decided to dive even deeper into my education around women’s reproductive health to support my clients as a Fertility Awareness Educator. I graduated from the Fertility Education and Medical Management (FEMM) teacher certification in early 2022.

In 2023, I completed the HTMA Expert course to become an HTMA practitioner in order to better support my clients.

I am a lifelong learner, always looking for additional courses, certifications, seminars, and studies to continuously support my clients.
