In theory yes, but in order to get the MOST out of nutrition and cycle coaching, it is best to be off of hormonal birth control so you can truly understand your hormonal activity and how to support it naturally. That includes birth control pills, the ring, the patch, the implant, and hormonal IUDs.
If you currently have a Copper IUD, you CAN make changes to support your cycle because your hormones are still doing their thing with a Copper IUD, but pregnancy is prevented through the sperm killing ability of the copper.
Both types of birth control will impact your mineral levels and we'll be able to take a look at this through your HTMA test!
