What if your cycle isn’t as fertile as you think it is?
Coming off of HBC can be a JOURNEY. For many women, they’re stopping a medication they’ve been on for 10+ years and things can go a bit haywire in its absence.
That’s exactly what happened to my client. She stopped HBC after 10 years, started trying to conceive and when things didn’t go as planned… felt completely lost.
Her cycles were all over the place. Short, heavy and continuously getting told that everything “looked normal” from the doctor.
AS soon as we started digging into FAM, we learned that while her cycles were regular, they weren’t showing signs of optimal fertility. Pair that was undereating, overexercising and feeling stressed each month that there was a negative pregnancy test - things were a mess.
We needed to simplify ASAP.
